1.Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any services provided by MAJ Professional Painting Services ("we," "us," "our"). By requesting a proposal or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2.Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided through our website or initial consultations are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person assessment of the project scope, materials required, and site conditions.
3.Deposits & Payment
A deposit may be required before work begins, with the amount determined based on the specifics of the project. We accept cash, cheques, and bank/wire transfers. Full payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement.
4.Materials
Unless otherwise agreed, we supply the paint and materials required for your project. Clients who prefer to supply their own materials may do so by prior arrangement.
5.Scheduling & Cancellations
Project start dates are scheduled in advance and may be affected by weather or other unforeseen circumstances, particularly for exterior work. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be communicated as early as possible.
6.Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and ensuring the work area is reasonably clear, unless otherwise agreed as part of the service.
7.Liability
While we take all reasonable care to protect your property during work, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed prior to the start of the project. Any damage caused directly by our work will be addressed in accordance with our internal policies.
8.Changes to Scope
Any changes to the agreed project scope after work has begun may affect the final price and timeline, and will be discussed with you before proceeding.
9.Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Barbados.
