Renovations don't have to be stressful. The projects that go smoothly all share the same rhythm: clear scope up front, weekly check-ins, and a crew that treats your home with respect.
Week 1: Prep and protection
Before any demo, we cover floors, wrap furniture, and set up dust barriers. Expect a walk-through on day one confirming colours, finishes, and access hours.
The middle stretch
This is the noisiest phase: demo, patching, priming. Plan to be out during the day if you can. We'll send daily photos and flag any surprises (older homes always have one or two).
The final week
Finish coats, trim, punch list, and a full deep clean. On the last day we walk the space with you and don't leave until every item on your list is signed off.
